Rawr so haven't posted in a few days. I figured I'd mostly post when i actually have something to say, that way its more interesting since most of the time I'm a lazy cow and really DO have nothing interesting to share. NOTHING! oh.. i watched all of season one for scrubs in one day O.O;;
Righto i have a few sketches this time. Nothing finished but im really kinda pleased that i actually managed to sketch anything at all. The first is a picture to amuse myself and kinda toss a tee-hee at Croon. It's my OC Bijou Beijo and my newest Autumn themes characters (son of Verdigris) Xavi. Which i am supper happy to announce i have finally settled on a name. its pronounced (Hah-vee). Originally i was thinking she would hook up with Summer.. but the more i was thinking about it the more i realized that the personality i was plotting out for him didn't really fit her at all. Besides Xavi is much more.. similar to her? I forgot to add his horns.. and i want to add a weapon over his shoulder as well (or perhaps several?) and it HONESTLY would be nice if i added some of his legs, i tried a few times and it looked like crap, so I'm going to leave it for now and by the time i ink it hope to goodness i settle on something less retarded looking. I need to work on folds on Bijou's skirt.
This one.. has been in the works for a really long time. It was actually all my female OC's at the time.. the only problem as now its... no longer valid. I still WANT to finish it, and go back and forth messing with it every so often, but im not so certain anymore what that would really accomplish? aside from having something with a butt ton of my characters on it all at once.
This one is my goddess of the Darkness... she has no name yet either (suggestions?) but i think I'm happy with her outfit now.. debating adding things to her lower legs and feet, but i rather like the idea of keeping her topless (no.. that doesn't sound wrong at all). I made a really horrible sketch of her back view just so i could... um.. you know i don't really know why i did it now? i just rather felt like it added to it?
Here i was trying to draw Cypress how *i* see him in my head. The thing is i LOVE all the wonderful commissions of him i get, and they are all beautiful beautiful interpretations, but one thing has been really nagging at me a lot. Always he is drawn super girly/beautiful. how i meant to portray him while i wrote out text descriptions was that he was a bit too angular and sharp looking to be attractive. that if at all people were attracted to him, it would probably be how foreign he looked.. like.. a weird eccentricity, pretty in its.. uniqueness? Lastly was something just for shitzengiggles... I thought it would be fun to make my own Fursona? So.. i like Red pandas quite a bit (or raccoons.. or quati) so i picked a red panda and then punked it out and added my piercings. WOO! Later on I'm going to do a full blown full body pictured piece.. possibly playing with some really awesome badass looking rifle.. *grins*
